Responsibilities
•Plan sales campaigns (digital marketing ads campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and other campaigns, in Google, Facebook, Instagram, EDMs, newsletters for club members) and make timely and required changes in the campaigns considering competition offerings, on-going CPA, etc •Manage & optimize performance across marketing channels like Search, Social, Display, Video etc, affiliate partners and SEO ranking. To rank website pages on the search engine result page and improve on site organic traffic •Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using PPC, SEO, SEM, and other techniques to attract traffic to our websites and e-shops and ensure maximum conversions •Develop digital enabled marketing strategies to drive acquisition, repurchases and persistency with omni-channel approaches •Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives •Collaborate with external marketing team to drive optimal customer digital touch-points to drive customer engagement and sales •Responsible for engagement and sales KPIs of all digital enabled sales campaigns •Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks •Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from reputable institutions in marketing, business or data science. • With at least 2 years of experience in integrated marketing and/or digital marketing • experience in medi-aesthetics, beauty or service industry is a plus • Strong business acumen • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills • Organized and highly motivated, fast learner • Results oriented profile • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, in writing and oral presentation in English & Mandarin • Must be able to execute branding or advertising campaigns on social media such as corporate websites, Google, Facebook & Instagram and E-commerce sites. • Proficient knowledge of Excel • Good IT and numerate skills • Knowledge in creating web pages in InstanPage, WooCommerce, Shopify or WordPress is an advantage
