Prepares food before and during operations.
Ensure Hygiene of Restaurant & Kitchen in good condition
Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area.
Good knowledge on various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
Preparation and presentation of hot and cold sushi
Ensure all sushi food products are in compliance according to standardized codes recipes and portion volume
With at least one year F&B working experience ( Handle Sushi, Sashimi etc before)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
