Responsibilities
Handling House Appliance - Electrical product
Daily management of the operations (hands on)
Data driven approach to operational planning and resource deployment, labor planning and productivity monitoring to ensure maximized use of workforce
Productivity management and tracking
Drive to improve operational performance (service and cost) and audit new processes to ensure robustness
Conduct analysis of errors made in warehouse operations and identify root causes
Review safe work environment aspects in the warehouse
Ongoing analysis of the asset usage (MHE and Warehouse Space) to identify ways to improve efficiency.
Managing warehouse inventory reports/other warehouse reports/periodic MIS/reports.
Requirements
Must have forklift license
Proficient in MS Office skills
Candidates must be able to lead a team, work independently and able to work under pressure.
Candidates must remain pro-active, attentive to details, careful and a team player.
Able to commit for overtime when needed and commence work immediately or within short notice period.
