• To support in administration of governance systems and processes within the Company • Provide administrative support and secretarial assistance including appointment scheduling, coordinating of internal and external meetings as well as email correspondences in a confidential and professional way • To support in coordinating tasks between departments internally • Attend meetings to take minutes when required • Supervision of junior staff • Prepare Memos, Documentations, and Presentation Materials • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by director
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree • Excellent communication skills especially spoken and written English • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Motivated and flexible individual with exceptional multi-tasking ability • MUST be meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented
