Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in conformance to operational standards to ensure smooth operation of production machines and equipment
Respond to all machine and equipment faults promptly and assist engineer in troubleshooting/repairing work
Update spare parts inventory and report when inventory runs low
Assist to contact approved vendors and contractors for machine/ equipment, spare parts and facility equipment for repair works and ensure that they are properly done and verified
Update documents for machine maintenance
Perform safety, housekeeping
Update respective relevant ISO and BCM documents for departments in your Business Unit(s)
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fields
At least 4 years of relevant experience
Willing to work night shift
Possess basic IT Knowledge and Computer Skills
Knowledge on basic machine repairs and maintenance
Experience and technical know-how in printing and packaging industry will be added advantage
A good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
A responsible and independent worker who requires minimal supervision
