Responsibilities
1. Able to perform daily manufacturing support for soldering reflow activity.
2. Required to operate soldering rework station for BGA type components.
3. Need to do mechanical alignment using fixtures.
4. Liaise with internal departments as well as company headquarters to update about reflow activity.
5. Troubleshooting of printed circuit boards whenever needed to find the root cause.
6. Willingness to support, cross-train, and learn from other departments whenever needed.
7. Required to do overtime and weekend support if needed.
8. Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics/Mechatronics
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Preferably with Soldering reflow experience, circuit debugging, familiarity with multimeter usage, good written and verbal communication skills
- Possess with a can do attitude, multi-tasking
- Experience with the microscope, micro-meter is an added advantage.
- Immediate starter preferred
