5.5days, 7am-3pm(7am-1pm), 3pm-11pm(1pm-7pm), 11pm-7am
Responsibilities
a. Must be able to handle probe card build processes including:
i. probe assembly,
ii. needle sorting (quality probe selection),
iii. lapping & probe centering,
iv. vertical probe inspection – experience in product quality check under stereo microscope.
b. Must be able to keep track of inventory control of stock and waste control
c. Must maintain good record on the documentation, like, production traveler, job sheet, specifications, etc.
d. Must be able to perform basic preventive maintenance of production equipment.
e. Must be able to meet production goals
f. Must ensure proper housekeeping and safety on production area.
g. On job training provided
Requirements
- Min. GCE O/N Level or Equivalent
- Candidates with working experiences in the electronic background (i.e probe assembly, needle sorting) will have an added advantage.
- Willing to OT and provide night shift operation when needed
- Able to read, comprehend and speak basic English
- Detailed/goal oriented and good eye coordination
- Good learning attitude
- Immediate starter preferred
