Responsibilities
Provide support throughout tender process
Perform order processing from quotation to delivery
Provides support on production scheduling
Liaise with customers and vendors on order requirements, logistics and delivery
Extensive usage of ERP systems and job tracking and maintaining records
Regular reporting on Customer’s delivery and quality performance
Monitor customer’s portal to ensure timely updating and retrieving of information
Attend to incoming phone calls and day to day administrative functions
Requirements
Minimum “A” Level or Diploma
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude
Computer literate with knowledge in ERP systems
Background in oil & gas industry is an advantage
At least 2 years of relevant experience (planning & scheduling experience is an added advantage)
