Responsibilities
• To perform painting task that include surface
preparation to ensure the coat of paint (Anti-Mold Paint) can be properly
applied.
• To plan and schedule for maintaining the paintwork of the given work
areas assigned, that include calculating the required
material and time for each project.
• To work independently when preparing the surroundings and furniture
with protective covers and ensure that the place is cleaned upon completion
of work.
• To remove and/or protect the fittings such as doorknob, light
switch/covers prior to execution of painting works.
• To advise on the purchase of various tools and/or equipment required
for the project.
• To keep inventory and maintain light equipment and tools in serviceable
conditions.
• To undertake any jobs as assigned by the executives and managers.
Requirements
The candidate will be responsible for mainly Painting Works (Residential and Commercial
properties) and basic repair skills, identifying the need for repairs, responding to
clients’ requests.
The candidate must be conscientious, skilled in painting works and
good problem-solving abilities.
