Responsibilities
Company specialized in the precision machining of metallic parts, high performance engineering plastic and ceramic materials used in the semiconductor, medical component and devices, sensors and optical industries. Make calculation for programs by running simulation or test. Proficient in the use of micrometres, callipers, dial indicators and other standard machine shop measuring devices. Create and adjust CAD files. Collaborates with Engineering regarding design enhancements for cost improvements. Associates degree in Machine Tool field is desirable in order to choose the appropriate tool that will be needed. Analyses and determines the most effective material size for production and recommends alternative materials to engineering when appropriate. Air-Conditioned Environment
Requirements
Minimum 4 Years' Experience in CNC Milling or Turning Experienced in problem solving in relation to manufacturing and machining processes Familiarity with Fanuc controllers, experience of working with 3D Cad/Cam Works independently under the pressure of deadline commitment Be able to commit OT and shift arrangement when required Excellent problem solving and time management skills
