Mon-Fri 12hrs shift, 10am-10pm/10pm-10am, 1 Sat per month (8hrs)
Responsibilities
- To perform daily technician task and responsibilities; involve in daily machine troubleshooting and upgradations.
- To Troubleshoot machine problems.
- To perform Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as per schedule
- Reporting daily problems.
- Safety – ensure work process and all machines are following OSHA Standards with zero accident
- Able to understand and communicate with relevant vendors and suppliers (Contractor Management)
- Continuous improvements – reduction of down time, identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions
- Housekeeping
- Monitoring cost, machine downtime, and non routine jobs
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level and Electrician certificate / Diploma degree in Electrical related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing environment
- Analytical skills, troubleshooting capabilities
- PLC / drives working knowledge
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
- Knowledge of Wire Drawing Machine is a must.
