Responsibilities
- To ensure quality of finished goods are as per specifications and standards.as per customer requirements. To perform QC task and responsibilities and involves in daily tools troubleshooting of machines
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical equipments
- Carry out the necessary troubleshooting of processes
- To Troubleshoot machine problems.
- To perform Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as per schedule
- Reporting daily problems.
- Safety – ensure work process and all machines are following OSHA Standards with zero accident
- Able to understand and communicate with relevant vendors and suppliers (Contractor Management)
- Continuous improvements – reduction of down time, identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions
- Housekeeping
- Monitoring cost, machine downtime, and non routine jobs
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level and Certificate in Quality Assurance or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience and specializing in Manufacturing Environment or equivalent is an added advantage
- Seeking long term career
- PLC / drives working knowledge
- Computer skills – Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work in rotating shifts
