Responsibilities
• Ensuring fulfilment of all B2B and B2C orders on daily basis.
• Planning, coordinating and the handling of general issues on warehouse management.
• Supervising of team members and overseeing work organised by supervisors.
• Ensuring work executions are in full compliance of accredited SOPs (ISO, GDPMDS, BizSafe etc) and customs requirements.
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receiving, binning, picking, issuing and dispatching of goods;
• The efficient utilisation of warehouse space and planning of future capacity requirements;
• Responding to and liaising with customers communication by email and telephone;
• Keeping inventory data up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy;
• Conducting of required cycle count and update of reports
• Analysis of data from report
• Quarterly review of SOPs, KPIs and Budgets (including operating cost);
• Organising the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress;
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required;
• Ensuring PWB is conducted on daily basis;
• Obtaining feedback from customers periodically on the quality of service rendered;
• Maintaining standards of health and safety and security in the work environment within the warehouse;
• Overseeing the scheduled maintenance of all MHEs;
• Developing KPIs for staff with periodical review;
• Ensuring full compliance of customs process and procedures on BW & LWV management;
• Investigate any non-compliance and implementation of CARs.
• Ensuring invoices are issued on a timely basis, correct cost input by staff and cost verification;
• Serving as a mentor, leader and team builder to subordinates;
• Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the company;
• Periodical review on staff training and upgrading
• Serving as a bridge between management and staff to ensure company’s objectives and policies are effectively communicated.
