Responsibilities
• Reports To Managing Director, IT Lead
• Job Overview Hands-on involvement in internal IT projects and general IT Support.
• Able to contribute to the SDLC.
• Manage, monitor and respond to IT incidents to minimize downtime in our warehouse & logistics operations.
• Design software modules from technical requirements
• Gather technical information on external vendor & partner systems
• Integrate external and internal modules using APIs
• Generate relevant user documentation
• Maintain and monitor deployed modules
• Respond to incidents, rectify or escalate to IT Lead or backend support
• Provide general IT support to staff & customers
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science / Engineering / Related Technical Field
• Some prior experience in software development projects
• PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, [AJAX, JQuery, VB Script]
• Resourceful, independent and able to learn & integrate new technologies
• Familiarity with CodeIgniter framework would be a plus
• Familiarity with B2C platforms would be a plus
• Basic familiarity with general office application like Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
• Competent in basic Server OS and Intranet Setup
