Responsibilities
1. Daily proper start up sheet feeder, seam welder and leak tester machine.
2. Refer to production schedule for correct quantity, type of body sheet to be welded.
3. Ensure proper setting of all parameters according to gauge & length.
4. Setting up with proper adjustment of flanger, swedger, corrugator or ISO m/c according to QC requirement.
5. To check welded shells for any defects eg. Split, cracks, uneven or no weld.
Requirements
1. Preferable with some manufacturing working experience.
2. Technical knowledge is an added advantage.
