Responsibilities
Perform initial machine set up; set cutters & inserts of pars (Mazak I300)
Perform basic Rough Turning / Product Face Off
Ensure Machinist Run Time meeting Engineering Allocated Cycle Time
Perform basic Machine Maintenance Scope
Troubleshoot Technical Problem (Taper / Threads Chattering / OD/ID Distortion / TIR & Wall Thickness Out)
Good Team Player, Willing to Lead and groom Junior Machinists
Requirements
At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in similar field
Experience in CNC Turning & Milling activities
Experience in operating and programming on Mazak I300 or similar.
Experience with Mazak Control Language, G & M Codes, MasterCam & Mazak Smooth Cam
Has equivalent experience with EPS Singapore Machines & Products
Able to run independently (with little supervision)
Able to take on Hardship; Harsh Environment
Good Team Player
