Responsibilities
Overall job objectives
1. Plan and direct large team.
2. To ensure all engineering works carried out as per the plan, schedule and latest documents.
3. Coordinate and direct project, making detailed plans to accomplish project goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
4. Analyse technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of project.
5. Any other duty as required.
.Core responsibilities
• Carry out Civil and Structure related detailed design, drawing, analysis and calculate required.
• Responsible for the structural analysis, design and authority submission to liaise with client or contractor.
• Provide technical support and monitoring the construction progress, discuss with immediate Supervisor and give out solution on site Issues.
• Check and review all Civil Structural related drawings and documentation received from Contractor or Client.
• To complete the assigned works on time.
• To improve and enhance new design knowledge independently.
• Assist and checking the process design for tender/bidding package.
Requirements
Technical Skills
• Professional Certificate/ITE, Engineering (Civil/ Construction/Structural) or equivalent.
• BCA lifting supervisor/Building Construction Safety Supervisor certification.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Soft Skills
• Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a good command of both spoken and written English
• Ability to work independanly
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
