Mon – Fri: 830 hrs – 1730 hrs, Sat: 0830 hrs – 1230 hrs (Alternate Sat)
Responsibilities
• Monitoring and expediting deliveries
• Coordinating or resolving shipment issues
• Proactively monitoring consignments and provide updates to customer
• Working with internal stations and external vendor to meet Customers’ expectations and requirements on shipment execution
• Submit rates quotation to customer, attend to queries or complaints and respond timely
• To ensure quality processes and procedures are adhered
• Continuous improvement and customer delight - to continuously identify and effectively implement improvements in current work processes
• To ensure quality and effective administrative support to operations and superiors
• Assisting Manager on any other duties as assigned on ad hoc basis
Requirements
• Min GCE ‘O’ level
• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Must be PC literate, excellent in Microsoft Office Excel/Word/Powerpoint
• Strong interpersonal & PR skills
• Team player who is able to work independently with good planning and organization skills
• Positive attitude in learning new skills and adaptable to changes
• Thrive in and able to perform effectively in a challenging, fast-paced working environment
