Responsibilities
- Involve in the planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and sourcing of training programs, service initiatives/service campaigns and ad-hoc service projects
- Involve in the recruitment and training of gift-wrap personnel, coordination and administration of training/service activities and all HR-related activities
- Conduct stand-up training delivery
- Provide editorial and photography coverage for an in-house newsletter
- Host of monthly store meetings, prepare the script for award recipients
- Participate in rolling-out employee engagement related activities and organize the company’s annual events
Requirements
- Diploma in HR related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and good command of spoken and written English communication skills
