Responsibilities
Executive Duties/ QMS / Documentation
Ensure proper administration of QMS for the facility in accordance with ISO 22716 and customer requirements
Ensure documents completed correctly, maintained and filed properly.
Collaborate with production and warehouse to ensure proper review of operational SOPs
Ensure continuing compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and customers’ quality requirements
Ensure that ALL quality tests (1st Inspection / 2nd Inspection) for Japan client are properly done and on-time
Coordinate with customer the result of inspections done by Quality Officer / Checker and quality issues (if there’s any)
QMS Training and Development
Prepare and administer relevant SOP, Quality and GMP training for staff
Ensure that training records for all staff in the Hub are maintained and up to date.
Ensure appropriate administration and execution of structured training programme for all work functions in collaboration with Production and Warehouse
Batch Release
Authorized person to perform Batch Release for every SKU that undergone 1st inspection and 2nd inspection tests for Japan client Ensuring that all it passes all relevant checks according to specification
Authorized to perform Finished Goods release to store back to warehouse after labelling and secondary repackaging was performed inside VAS in accordance to the procedure and ensuring that all relevant GMP and customer requirements are complied with.
Any other duties assigned by Senior Quality Executive or Quality Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Science or Diploma holder in relevant field
- with concept and understanding on Quality Management System (QMS)
- Detailed and Meticulous
- Can work under pressure to meet deadlines
