Responsibilities
Incoming
• Conduct checks for incoming goods against customers’ reference(s)
• Pick/pack jobs, perform goods release where the goods match against the reference
• Raise non-conformity report for damages
Repacking
• Check correct materials picked for repackaging
• Create work instructions for repackaging
• Conduct in-process sampling
Outgoing
• Check cargo against outgoing documents and ensure that the correct cargo picked for outbound
Documentation Control
• Check documents completed correctly
• Check documents filed in order
Batch Release
• Authorized person to perform Batch Release for repackaged cosmetic products according to the procedure and ensuring that all relevant regulatory and GMP requirements are complied with
Premise
• Check site is tidy, with clear signage, no mixing of cargo
Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Detailed, meticulous, able to understand, read & write simple English for work purposes
• Able to calculate simple Mathematics
