Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Alt Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
Responsibilities
• Assist in daily warehouse operations
• Responsible for operational KPI
• Handling inbound shipment i.e. visual inspection, verify quantity, part number, batch etc
• System processing for receipt of incoming consignment in system prior to physical inspection
• Prepare and handle delivery orders and export document
• Handling outbound shipment i.e. picking, packing, sorting, labelling and arranging, releasing of cargoes
• Cycle counting, housekeeping and workplace safety
• Basic administration duties
• May need to work in Indoor covered warehouse and outdoor open yard
• Other operational ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Requirements
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
• Min GCE ‘O’ level or “N” level. Minimum SPM (for Malaysian)
• Possess forklift license (Heavy forklift license > 5 Ton will be an advantage)
• Strong knowledge in warehouse environment preferably in Marine / Oil and Gas / Energy Industrial vertical
• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Oil and Gas industry, Energy Industrial vertical
• Possess basic DG knowledge (will be an advantage)
