Responsibilities
• Provide repair, installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance service to customers for rehabilitation and medical equipment
• Liaise with customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Render technical support for sales promotional activities
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned
• Perform in-House Quality Check For Equipment
• Documentation (For PM,CM, Management of Work Order Form)
• Trouble Shooting on Site and off Site (Contract Job / Non Contract Job)
• Support Retail Showroom rectification of Product Defects For Equipment.
Requirements
• Possess class 3 license with own mode of transport
• ITE/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical discipline
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
