Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Coordinate port calling activities such as monitor ship arrivals/departures and solve problems arising from ship arrivals/departures
• Manage cargo operations and documentation including invoices etc
• Execute in house/external boarding duties (e.g. crew change, bunkering, docking etc) and submit/manage all necessary documentation in a timely manner to ensure smooth entry/departure of ships
• Manage Port & immigration clearance inbound and outbound with the relevant authorities
• Correspond with vessel principals, charterers, agencies and other relevant parties and carry out their requests
• Coordinate logistics for crew, pick up crew and bring them to embassies/medical appointments etc
• Support and assist Purchasing Dept on logistics arrangements and administrative duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• 1-2 Year Experience in inward/outward port clearance for vessels, tanker operations
• Familiarity with MPA/Port Clearance, Marinet and ICA Portals and other regulations
• Willingness to board vessel when required
• Effective communication skills
• Efficient in data entry and good follow through skills
