Responsibilities
*Welcome and serve customers politely
*Take food and drink orders accurately
*Serve Bak Kut Teh, side dishes, drinks, and refill soup/tea
*Prepare tables and ensure cleanliness of dining area
*Clear tables and wash basic utensils if required
*Assist kitchen with simple food preparation
*Replenish condiments, soup, utensils, and takeaway items
*Follow food hygiene and safety standards
*Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
*Support daily opening and closing duties
