Responsibilities
* Serve walk-in customers and recommend suitable products
* Understand customer needs and explain product features
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
* Keep showroom clean and products well displayed
* Assist with stock checking and delivery coordination
* Support daily sales operations
Requirements
* Friendly and customer service oriented
* Retail or sales experience preferred
* Willing to learn about lighting and bathroom products
* Able to work weekends and public holidays
