Responsibilities
*Prepare and cook burgers, fries, sides, and ice cream/desserts according to standard recipes.
*Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
*Oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth operations.
*Manage food inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
*Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
*Lead and guide kitchen assistants or crew.
Requirements
*Preferably with experience in F&B / kitchen operations (burger, café, or fast food experience is an advantage).
*Basic cooking and food preparation skills; able to handle both hot food (burgers, fries) and desserts (ice cream, toppings).
*Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (e.g., WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage).
*Good leadership and team management skills.
*Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hours.
