Responsibilities
* Assist in daily kitchen operations, including preparation and cooking of Vietnamese cuisine dishes.
* Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
* Support senior chefs in food preparation and other related duties.
* Manage kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in handling Vietnamese cuisine (e.g., Banh Mi, Pho).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt.
