Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Marketing Executive to champion our brand and promote our transport services across both digital and offline channels.
* Manage the company’s marketing activities across digital and offline channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns.
* Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it is secure, mobile-friendly, and optimised for customer engagement.
* Create and publish engaging content such as videos, photos, and posts to strengthen brand visibility.
* Plan and execute community outreach and promotional activities at transport hubs, events, and other key locations.
* Develop targeted email campaigns, maintain customer databases, and analyse marketing performance to improve results.
* Build partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and community groups, while providing customer support and coordinating with operations for smooth service delivery.
Requirements
* At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably involving both digital and offline channels.
* Strong skills in online advertising, content creation, and social media management.
* Familiarity with website management (WordPress preferred) and basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
* Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
