Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take and process orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
* Assist in preparing and assembling beverages/food items according to standard operating procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the kiosk, including regular cleaning of counters, equipment, and dining areas.
* Refill supplies such as condiments, packaging materials, and beverages.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
* Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
