Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat or messaging platforms.
* Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
* Process and prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in packaging and labeling.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipments.
* Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
* Handle any order discrepancies, returns, or exchanges efficiently.
* Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Familiarity with online chat platforms and basic e-commerce order processing systems.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing orders for shipment.
* Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
