Responsibilities
Our client is one of the TOP 5 Food Distributor in Singapore. We are hiring a Customer Service Executive proficient in Korean/Japanese to liaise with Korea/Japan client. * Handle inquiries from Korean/Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person. * Provide detailed information about food products and services, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. * Liaise between clients and internal departments (such as sales, logistics, and quality control) to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of customer issues. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Korean or Japanese to liaise with Korean/Japanese speaking client. * Bachelor's degree in any field. * Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food distribution or related industry will be added advantage. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
