Responsibilities
Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks
Liaise with staff in overseas factories and prepare technical product drawings for marketing purposes such as proposal cut sheets, installation drawings, user guides & instruction manuals
Prepare technical product specifications/drawings for the purchasing team to communicate with the supplier and liaise with the supplier whenever technical information is requested
Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects
Document and file on 2D and 3D product drawings & renderings
Implement changes to engineering drawings when necessary
Other ad-hoc job duties as assigned
Requirements
1-2 years of relevant working experience
Completed minimum 1-year working/industrial attachment experience in construction-related or technical product field is a bonus
Hold a minimum qualification of a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Design Engineering or equivalent
Have prior technical experience in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Rhino 3D candidates without formal qualifications will be considered
Other software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Max, Revit (BIM), and SAP is an added advantage
Be able to read architectural, structural, ID, and M&E trading drawings
