Coordinate with the vendor to facilitate communication and arrangements. Handle general administrative duties efficiently. Provide support in accounting through accurate data entry. Maintain proper document filing according to ISO standards. Calculate overtime pay for workers accurately. Assist with simple packing tasks in the office area.
At least 1 year working experience in administrative position Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and coordinate activities. Strong organizational skills to perform general administrative duties efficiently. Basic accounting knowledge or experience to assist with data entry and accounting tasks. Familiarity with ISO standards or willingness to learn to ensure proper filing and document management. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
