Install, troubleshoot, and repair barrier gate systems, including gates, motors, sensors, and control panels. Conduct regular maintenance checks on barrier gate systems to ensure proper functionality and performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with barrier gate systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems. Provide on-site support and assistance to customers, including training on system operation and troubleshooting techniques. Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and parts inventory. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to recommend upgrades and enhancements to existing barrier gate systems.
* Proven experience as a service technician or a similar role, preferably in the field of access control systems or automated gates. * Strong technical skills, including the ability to read schematics, troubleshoot electrical circuits, and use diagnostic tools. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet service deadlines. * Valid class 3 driving license.
