* Create and enhance a menu featuring a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring a balance between traditional recipes and innovative culinary techniques. * Execute all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation for Chinese dishes. * Ensure that all dishes meet high standards of quality and taste. * Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients specific to Chinese cuisine. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and health regulations. * Work closely with other kitchen staff and the management team to ensure seamless operation and excellent customer service. * Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.
* Proven experience as a chef specializing in Chinese cuisine. * Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to culinary excellence.
