Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant
6 days work week, 44 hours per week.
-Assist in preparing ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces as instructed by the chef or kitchen staff.
-Help in organizing kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment. Keep track of inventory and report when items need restocking.
-Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and guidelines.
-Support the chefs and cooks in various food preparation tasks, including grilling, baking, frying, and plating dishes.
-Secondary education or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years experiences in kitchen / chinese restaurant cuisine.
-Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
-Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment operation.
-Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic kitchen environment.
