Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
* Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
* Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Coordinating and facilitating the application process for work passes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Coordinating training and development programs for employees.
* Handling general HR inquiries and providing support to employees.
* Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various HR functions simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* A team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
