Responsibilities
Our client is a media company which have more than 200 staff locally.
* Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
* Managing and coordinating administrative activities。
* Supervising the receptionist and two cleaners, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
* Handling communication within the office and with external parties.
* Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
* Coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
Requirements
* Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in office software.
* Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
