Responsibilities
As a Shopping Mall Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for visitors at the shopping mall.
* Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide assistance and respond to inquiries regarding store locations, operating hours, promotions, and events.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the mall layout, stores, services, and amenities.
* Handle lost and found items, including recording and storing lost items, and assisting visitors in retrieving their lost belongings.
* Collaborate with mall security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for shoppers.
* Listen attentively to customer concerns, complaints, or feedback. Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of visitor inquiries, lost and found items, and incident reports.
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
* Proficiency in using basic computer software and familiarity with office equipment.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
