Responsibilities
* Coordinate shipping arrangements with transporters/hauliers/others
* Handle import/export LCL & FCL shipments
* Make bookings (including online platform) with different Carriers and co-loaders
* Respond promptly to email and follow-up on shipments
* Input data/create costs notes/invoice/others in Magaya system
* Perform duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Friendly and good team player
* Without experience is welcome to apply
* OJT will be provided
* Relevant experience in sea freight operations and documentations is preferred
* Knowledge/proficiency in Magaya system will be an added advantage
