Responsibilities
The front desk associate provides administrative and receptionist support in a dental care office. Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients and scheduling appointments as requested.
• Processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining records of patient accounts.
• Answering questions from patients, doctors, and other staff regarding insurance coverage, fees, and availability.
• Maintaining complete and accurate patient records in the practice management software system.
• Providing basic patient information and instructions as directed by the dentists and hygienists.
• Preparing and mailing patient bills, statements, and other correspondence
Requirements
• Relevant working experience with strong communication skill.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
