* Assist in all administrative matters
* Perform data entries into computer system
* Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
* Attend to phone calls, emails and other general operational duties
* Perform invoicing duties
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties by supervisor

• Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organised
• Required skill(s): Computer knowledge, MS Excel
