Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices
* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
* Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
* Process work passes application, renewal, and cancellation
* Responsible for monthly payroll and other associated statutory contributions and claims e.g. CPF submissions, IRAS tax submissions including withholding tax, FWL, Childcare, NS Pay and Maternity etc
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
* Participate in periodic government surveys
* Support other HR assignments or projects on an adhoc basis
Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist at least 3 years of working experience
* Experience in recruitment is required
* Good knowledge of MS Office application
* Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., infotech) will be an advantage
* Great communication and people skills
* Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
