Office Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends. Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex: moves, additions, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested HR Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation. Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities such as Annual Team Building, Staff Dinner etc. Develop, review, and manage a performance appraisal. Actively identify the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience in 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role/ HR role Must have exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize Must be a self-starter and driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Prioritise candidates with experience in HR policy writing. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
