- Assist Head Chef for fusion and dessert preparation - Manage Food Preparation and Production - Maintain high quality standard of all food product and dishes - Maintain basic cleanliness and hygiene standard
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in kitchen preparation work - Strong Food and Beverage knowledge and culinary skills - Must be able to work with flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays. - Outgoing and pro-active - Good personality and working attitude - Able to communicate/build good rapport with clients as this is an open kitchen restaurant
