Responsibilities
Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporation
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures and improve the accounting and internal procedures
Ensure that invoices are billed in a timely manner
Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly
Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed
Ensure that GST submission are made on timely basis
To prepare monthly management accounts (balance sheet, P&L and cashflow budget within dateline)
Coordinate on the preparation of accurate financial report (includes consolidation and tax computations)
Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Manage the preparation of the company's budget and report to management on variances from the established budget
Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction and long-term business plans
Tracking of financial figures for Group KPI
Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
Costs and variance analysis and estimations
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
Degree in Accounting & Finance
Prefer candidate with SAP and BI working experience
Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, and Power Point
Excellent in problem - solving and analytical skill
Good Interpersonal skill to coordinate with relevant department
Able to meet deadline
